We work hard and invest heavily to continually improve our standards of care and equip the clinic with the essential modern tools needed to provide a complete medical and surgical service to our patients. We work from a single site centre, so when you visit us, everything we provide for animal care is here. There is no need to travel to unfamiliar places for operations or specific tests.

All of our vets are fully qualified and experienced in veterinary medicine and were trained in UK or Ireland. They have deep experience in caring for pets in Hong Kong and overseas. We are committed to continual training in Hong Kong and overseas to learn new ideas to introduce to our patient care at Hung Hom Veterinary Clinic.

Our nursing staff is dedicated to helping us provide a high standard of care. They undergo distance training in veterinary nursing through AIRC in Australia. Our nurses know how to nurse your pets and understand why our vets expect high standards from them.

Excellent communication between the vets, nurses and the pets owners is essential to allow us to work together to care for your pets. That’s why our nurses will translate the whole consultation from English to Cantonese or Putonghua. This means even if your English is good you can check any odd medical terms and your friends or relatives will not be left out even if their English is not as good as yours. You can talk to us or ask any questions in English or Chinese, it will be accurately translated.

Accurate records and information are essential for us to provide the care your pet needs. That’s why every consultation, purchase and question that you make will be recorded in our computer records system. RxWorks is designed in Australia for use by progressive vet clinics. It provides us with a wealth of information about your pets with only a few keystrokes. We can locate all your records from your registered phone number!

We are open for consultations almost every day of the year. During the week our hours are from 09:30am until 7.00pm, on Sundays we close a little earlier. We respect the most important holidays at Chinese New Year, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
